EPR Consulting Service
EPR stands for "Extended Producer Responsibility” This responsibility includes the responsibility for recycling and the responsibility for waste collection and treatment of manufacturers and importers. Manufacturers and importers of products and packages having recyclable value must collect and recycle such products and packages (after usingaccording to the mandatory recycling rate and mandatory recycling specifications. Manufacturers and importers of products and packages that are unlikely to be recycled must pay money to the Vietnam Environmental Protection Fund to support treatment activities.
